Choco Patisserie opened it's doors for business in June of 2010, but that's not where the story begins. The story starts with Lynn and Lauren, the creative force behind Choco Patisserie. Born in Iowa, Lynn has spent many years mastering his craft; attending the renowned French Culinary Institute and serving as the Hill Country Hyatt's Executive Pastry Chef. Lauren, hailing from Austin, TX, has honed her skills while training at Le Cordon Blue as well as various jobs that have taken her to Charleston, Atlanta and now San Antonio. When you combine the innovative baking skills of Lynn with the creative detail and fondant work of Lauren, you get Choco Patisserie........and Peyton, their lovely daughter.
